Susan is generally the first person our clients come in contact with. Her warm and friendly manner, coupled with a strong personality, ensures that your first impresssion sets a positive tone for all subsequent dealings with our Company.
Susan has over 10 years previous experience in customer-focused environments including some of Australia’s largest insurance companies and care agencies. Apart from ‘guiding’ our customers to the most appropriate person to deal with your enquiry, Susan also coordinates all our staff travel and client appointment bookings.
