Sian is an Occupational Therapist with 12 years of clinical experience working in the community alongside clients with varying physical and psychosocial diagnoses.

Sian’s work as an occupational therapist involves working in a combination of clinical and case management capacities, including injury management and return to work roles.

She currently works with a wide range of individuals, health professionals and involved parties to achieve successful outcomes for clients.  Sian’s strong communication skills are applied through motivational interviewing, coaching and mentoring to build client independence and facilitate sustainable outcomes.  She has experience working in a range of schemes collaborating with colleagues of varying disciplines.

Sian enjoys taking a holistic approach to rehabilitation supporting clients to achieve goals relating to maximising independence and building community engagement and social and leisure participation.
