Sam Wright
Quality Manager
Sam has over 20 years extensive experience in delivering quality administration and customer service, quality and compliance case management to internal/external customers across a range of industries including corporate and not-for-profits in the health and education industries. Sam is a professional, confidential, respectful person and sensitive to others needs. Sam has a positive can-do attitude, is highly organised, passionate and resourceful, often taking her own initiative in driving changes that deliver quality outcomes.
In 2013 Sam became the group education officer for a small childcare provider and was responsible for developing and maintaining the quality management system and training staff on the curriculum development ensuring all services maintained their compliance under the National Quality Framework and Standards.
In 2015 Sam became the Qikkids support officer for the YMCA where she was responsible for the accounts of all the 30 childcare centres and OSHC services ensuring they were compliant and up to date with the CCMS system. This involved liaison with customers, service and government departments, developing and delivering training to staff and the development, updating and maintaining organisational procedures and policies manual.
Sam became the WA Compliance Specialist for Camp Australia’s 75 WA services in 2017 and was responsible for liaising with government agencies, mentoring staff on compliance tasks, internal auditing for compliance at each service, developing updating and maintaining the quality management system.
In 2019 Sam became the practice manager at Thrive Occupational Therapy where she was responsible for all practice management including development and review of the quality management system, and practice manager tasks.
Also in 2019 Sam became the Office Coordinator for Connect Case Management (ccm.) where she learnt all things NDIS whilst completing office management and administration duties. Sam was involved in the start of the NDIS registration with ccm. and was involved in the auditing process three (3) years later. Sam was also responsible for ensuring compliance with NDIS practice standards and quality indicators through developing the ccm. Quality Management system and the internal and external auditing process.
Sam is passionate about everyone being given the best opportunity in life and believes this needs to be done with empathy, equity and fairly.
In her spare time, you can find Sam hanging out with her husband, two boys and puppy caravanning around WA, in the outdoors, watching sport, reading, cooking or entertaining family and friends or relaxing by the pool.
