Senior Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Consultant & NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator
B.Sc (MJD – EXHS) M.Physio

Dallys completed her first degree at UWA in Bachelor of Science majoring in Sport and Exercise Science in 2006. Realising her love for treatment and client management she furthered her studies at Curtin University to complete a Master of Physiotherapy.

Commencing her career in 2009 at Busselton Regional Hospital for the WA Country Health Service, Dallys gained valuable experience across a variety of settings.

Working in the country for nine years, Dallys gained experience working in the areas of community outpatients, paediatrics, sub-acute restorative neurology, orthopedics, women’s health, inpatient – acute (cardiovascular, neurology, orthopaedic, plastics – post mastectomy clients, gerontology and general) and rehabilitation.

Dallys set up her own part time private practice whilst in the community, continuing to treat paediatric, rehabilitation, gerontology and orthopaedic clients.

After spending nine years in a rural setting Dallys returned to Perth as a Senior Physiotherapist, she was subsequently employed as Musculoskeletal State Manager of a large NSW based private rehabilitation service and assisted in the opening and delivery of their satellite clinic in WA.  Dallys furthered her passion in acute musculoskeletal treatment, rehabilitation and providing clinical education to upcoming practitioners and student physiotherapists in this role where she continued to work until 2020.

Dallys has skills in a wide variety of areas due to the nature of her rural employment.  Working in the country allowed Dallys to work across the age spectrum in all areas of Physiotherapy – a unique skill being a Senior Generalist Physiotherapist.  Over the years of practice Dallys has engaged in the treatment, management and planning of clients across the age spectrum.

Treating clients from 3 days old to 103 years old.  Dallys has worked for Curtin University as a Clinical Tutor over the past 11 years – mentoring and training physiotherapy students from second year through to post-graduate masters.

Dallys recently joined the Lighthouse Health Group team initially providing expert Physiotherapy Medico-Legal Reports.  She has since added her skill set to providing Physiotherapy Services, Specialist Support Coordination and Case Management services to a range of clients’ in both the private and NDIS sector.  Dallys is passionate about choice and being assessed based on your presentation, not your age or diagnosis.  She is an advocate for the highest standard of care and treatment in order to achieve outcomes.  Dallys appreciates choice in life and believes that people should ‘march to the beat of their own drum’.  With her extensive clinical background, her family orientation, and her passion to never accept second best she draws alongside her clients to assist them to achieve their goals and overcome whatever obstacles they face as a team.

Dallys has expertise in the following fields

  • Complex client presentation and discharge planning
  • Physiotherapy Rehabilitation – Neurology, Gerontology, Post-Operative, Scar Tissue Management
  • Pediatric – Assessment, Treatment and Planning
  • Physiotherapy Assessment
  • Complex Pain Management

Dallys loves the ocean, outdoors, travelling and family activities.  She spends most of her spare time engaging in community activities, children’s sport and exploring.  Dallys is very much a family and outdoors person.
