Kim Tracey
Support Coordinatornt

Kim had a unique schooling experience as she attended the Italia Conti Academy of Performing arts in London and was often found upon a West End Stage or appearing in TV commercials from a young age.

This background gave Kim the confidence to talk with people from all walks of life, which she has found very useful in her new role as Support Coordinator with Lighthouse Health Group, which she joined in June 2022.

Kim grew up in the United Kingdom. From the first time she took herself off on a plane trip to South Africa at 18 years of age, the travel bug had her hooked. Kim has travelled extensively throughout the world and met her husband in Australia 21 years ago. Together they have raised their two children in Malaysia, Indonesia, United Kingdom and Zambia. They returned to Australia at the end of 2021 and have settled into Perth, which is where they plan to stay.

Kim retrained as a Personal Trainer and Swimming Instructor whilst raising her children and often did a lot of voluntary work to aid the rural communities in Indonesia and Zambia. Having competed in marathons and triathlons, Kim unfortunately she broke her ankle at the start of this year which caused her to be laid up for a few months. Not being one to sit still for long, Kim quickly found a course to study in the Allied Health Sector which led her through our doors.

Kim is enjoying the change of direction, the constant learning through the NDIS maze and loves being able to help clients facilitate their goals and plans by connecting them to services and providers and enabling their choice and control.

When Kim is not at work, she loves to be outside on long walks (hopefully running again soon) with her Black Labrador Bezi, who came back with them from Zambia, watching her kids play sport, catching up with friends, hosting dinners, enjoying a good book or movie or finding the next best restaurant.
